1. All goods sold will be inspected first before they are sent to you. Therefore, they are not refundable or returnable. We will not be responsible for any defection after the delivery is made
2. All goods are pre-order items and it may take some times (2-4 weeks) to be delivered to you due to customs and such
3. All payment must be made 3 days after the order is made regardless the closing date or your order is considered as invalid without prior notice
4. The colours displayed mabe slightly different from the actual goods
5. Measurement can only be taken as reference. Please allow one inch discrepancies from the measurement stated
6. Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone during day time as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. Otherwise, they will drop the parcel at the nearest PostLaju office for you to collect
7. Customers' details will remain confidential
8. We reserve the right to make changes on our site, policies and terms and conditions at any point of time

1. Please bank-in full payment after three days after the orders are made and e-mail us about your payment immediately
2. If clothes are out of stock, we will contact you immediately and refund your full payment
3. Once orders are placed to factory, it may take 10 days to arrive from the closing date. Once received and inspected, we will deliver the clothes within 1-3 days to all customers
4. The factories are located abroad and we are not able to personally view and inspect the quality of clothes, thus will not hold responsible for them
5. We will not hold responsible for any complaint regarding personal dissatisfaction
6. We only accept orders that are delivered wrongly
